GENERAL CONDITIONS

The rights you should know as a consumer:

1. Online stores are required to send an acknowledgment of receipt or a confirmation.

Keep this document in case you have to claim later.

2. Music items, from the moment the product reaches your computer, you have 14 calendar days to return it exclusively in case of defect or poor condition. If so, once purchased, it can be sent to you by another route.

3. Products you buy online have the same warranty as any other product purchased new: 2 years. If there is a factory defect, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to fix it, exchange it for the same new product or return what you paid.

There are some exceptions in which the store is not obliged to refund your money:

  • music , video, software, video games: when you remove the seal, you lose your right of withdrawal.

Online stores are obliged to refund the initial shipping costs if any, but they can make you pay what it costs to physically send the product to your home or from your home to the store headquarters (return costs).

Conditions of purchase, shipping, return and exchange

1. Nature of the contract.

You do not need to register as a customer to:

3. How to buy.

Any error in the introduction of your data must be corrected before the formalization of the purchase. The titles that appear in our database correspond to the products that have been registered at some point in our store, being the data that we provide those referring to that moment.
For this reason, those titles that are not "immediately available" (product "not available"; product "out of stock") the information on availability and price will be provided by the distributor, limiting The Bookstore to channel the client's request to the distributor . The prices indicated on our website do NOT include VAT (Value Added Tax).

4. Acknowledgment of receipt.

Once the purchase is formalized, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 24 hours after the formalization, where the purchase details are specified.

5. Form of payment.

You will be able to choose the form of payment among the different options that are indicated in the purchase process. To do this, you must access the "shopping cart" and choose from the drop-down menu, which of the different forms of payment is the one you want.

6. Billing and shipping information.

By default, the shipping and billing data are those that appear in the customer's registration form. The billing information will only need to be entered if they are different from the shipping information.

7. Shipping.

In the case of shipments, the amount of shipping costs will be added to the total price of the order. If it is an order of several products, we will try to group them in a single shipment, whenever possible and that this does not delay delivery excessively.
The final shipping cost is provided to the customer in the purchase process, at the time of data confirmation, and always before confirming their purchase.
In shipments to non-EU countries, the Library will not be responsible in any case for the payment of taxes, customs duties or other charges.

8. Pickups.

This virtual store has been created for online sale, and is not linked to any physical store. The offers and promotions that are made will apply exclusively to purchases made through the web.

9. Delivery of the order and the invoice.

The online store will deliver the corresponding invoice to the customer at the time of delivery of the order. For national shipments, the order will be sent within 7 business days from the formalization of the purchase. For international shipments, the delivery time must be previously consulted with the store.

10. Security and confidentiality.

Transmissions of all personal data are made through SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a system that guarantees the confidentiality of the data sent. The personal data requested is always strictly necessary. The store undertakes not to use them other than as agreed and not to assign or sell them to third parties under any circumstances. These data are stored in the store's database.

11. How to check the status of an order.

To check the status of your pending orders you have to enter the option 'my account' in the upper right part of the main menu. After logging in ('login' page) you will be able to access your order page, where you will find the pending titles ordered by order date and an indication of the order status.

12. Cancellations and withdrawal.

Orders can be canceled at no cost before the shipment takes effect. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package is shipped, we will consider it a return.
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill in the corresponding withdrawal form , indicating the order number, and sending the product through the same channel that you received it and in perfect condition. Returns can be made up to 7 business days from receipt of the product, as long as they have not been opened or used and retain - where appropriate - the original seal or packaging. This will not be applicable to the sale of articles that can be reproduced or copied immediately or that due to their nature, cannot be returned, among which are the book-guides, audio files and other related articles. with music included in article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
In the event of a return, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. Naturally, returns that are derived from our error or from a defect in the product served are excluded from this assumption. In this case, the store undertakes to exchange the defective product for another and will bear the return and shipping costs.

13. Applicable Jurisdiction.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in the one that is attended, in the case of end consumers, to the place of fulfillment of the obligation or to the domicile of the buyer.

In the case of a conflict carried out by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving the Courts and Tribunals LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA (Spain).
